About the Program	This program will preform a binary alignment and will generate a standard score based on (500) random shuffles. The tool was developed by Vamsee Reddy at the Saier Lab
	GSAT uses the Needleman Wunsch algorithm provided by EMBOSS tools to create an alignment.
